Refund and Returns Policy

We follow a customer-friendly refund policy under the provisions of Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

• Requested within 7 days of delivery

• Product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

• You received a wrong/damaged Product will be delivered within 5 to 10 days.

2. Non-Returnable Products

• Used products or broken hygiene seals

• Items under clearance/sale

• Gift cards or digital items

3. Refund Process

Once the return is received and verified:

• Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days

• You’ll be notified via email/SMS

4. Return Shipping

• If return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the return cost

• If return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changed mind), you will bear the return shipping cost

5. Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours or before dispatch

• Cancellation requests post-dispatch will follow the return procedure
