Refund and Returns Policy
We follow a customer-friendly refund policy under the provisions of Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted if:
Requested within 7 days of delivery
Product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
You received a wrong/damaged Product will be delivered within 5 to 10 days.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Used products or broken hygiene seals
Items under clearance/sale
Gift cards or digital items
3. Refund Process
Once the return is received and verified:
Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days
You’ll be notified via email/SMS
4. Return Shipping
If return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the return cost
If return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changed mind), you will bear the return shipping cost
5. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours or before dispatch
Cancellation requests post-dispatch will follow the return procedure
